The header area in each tool provides various options such as navigation controls, tool-specific buttons, and a search box.
navigating between rows
In the upper left is a navigation box, which displays the selected row number. Type a number into the field and click return to jump to that row. You can also use the up/down arrow buttons to move up and down in the list or simply click on a row.
Additionally, clicking enter on the page moves down a row, while shift+return moves up, and tab moves to the next field or button. Press cmd+enter on Mac or ctrl+alt+b on PC to add a line break inside a field.
found set
If there are no applied filters or hidden records, you'll see something like "all 229" to let you know that all 229 records are currently visible. However, if any records are not displayed, you'll see something like "112 of 229" to indicate a partial found set.
sorting
Use the sorting buttons to change the sort order of selected fields in each tool. Clicking the arrow will toggle between ascending and descending. You can also choose from the list of fields. The most commonly sorted fields are presented first.
Additionally, clicking on a column header sorts the data by that field. The first click sorts it ascending, a second click sorts descending, and a third click returns sorting to the default for the tool.
buttons
The available buttons in the navigation area may be different in each tool depending on their functionality.
