You can export subcap data as a TXT file, so it can be imported back into Avid.

shot id + description (1 file) | Combine both the shot id and description into one subcap |
shot id + description (2 files) | Separate the shot id and description into two subcaps |
"X" (red x) | Export all subcaps as "X" when needing to red X a sequence |
"•" (green dot) | Export all subcaps as "•" when needing to denote shots to bid or review |
to export subcaps as a txt file
- Click the exports button
- Click Avid (txt)
- Select export options (see above)
- Type a name for the file and click export
- Navigate to your save location and click Select
