rename • reorder

Set the timeline labels and order for all video and audio tracks in one place.

This action accepts sequences.

to rename

1. Drag and drop a sequence
2. Fill out the form (see options below)
3. Click rename

All tracks in the sequence will be updated.

If there were no errors, you have several options:

1. rename more - Clears the options but maintains the selected sequence
2. undo - Reverts the changes that were just made
3. reset form - Clears the options as well as the selected sequence

• Double click a row to edit that label.  You can also tab through the fields.
• Click the X button on the right of any label to clear that row.
• Clicking remove all labels only clears the names for tracks in the currently visible category (i.e., video or audio).
• Rearranging the track labels does not reorder any clips in the timeline.
• To reorder multiple rows at the same time: click on one track, then SHIFT+click any track above or below it.  This will select the tracks you clicked and all the tracks in between.  Move the selected tracks as a group by dragging and dropping them into their new position.
